Application Deadlines
- Summer: March 15
- Fall: June 15
- Spring: November 15
Certain programs have application deadlines that are earlier than the international deadlines noted above. Be sure to check the program-specific deadlines, which take priority over the general international application deadlines.
Application Requirements
In addition to the general graduate application requirements (online application, letters of recommendation, personal statement, etc.), international applicants must submit the following:
Evidence of English Language Proficiency (ELP).
Options include:

- TOEFL iBT (minimum score of 80)
- IELTS (minimum score of 6.5)
- Duolingo English Test (minimum score of 105)
- Completion of an English Language Service (ELS) program (level 112; Intensive English for Academic Purposes)

The Graduate School will waive the ELP requirement for international applicants who:

- Graduated from a U.S. Institution with a bachelor's or master's degree. Applicants must provide an official transcript showing that a U.S. degree has been awarded.
- Are citizens of one of the following countries.

Official Course-by-Course Evaluated Transcripts.
We require official course-by-course evaluations from any member of the National Association of Credential Evaluation Services as part of the application process. Evaluations must be sent to GradAdmissions@wcupa.edu from the NACES organization. Unofficial copies from the student or sent from the school will not be accepted. Degrees must meet United States degree equivalency standards.
