WELCOME TO STUDENT LEADERSHIP AND INVOLVEMENT

Mission: Student Leadership and Involvement provides WCU students with transformative learning opportunities that prepare them to be active global citizens through involvement in student organizations, intentional programming, and interpersonal interactions.

Student Leadership and Involvement is the official umbrella office of all recognized undergraduate student organizations at West Chester University of Pennsylvania. With over 300 registered  organizations, West Chester University provides a range of opportunity to grow as an individual, develop teamwork and leadership skills, and  network with other students and faculty. This website features information on leadership programs, and resources for student organization leaders, advisors, and members of student groups. RamConnect is the one stop shop for student engagement and all recognized student organizations are listed there.

West Chester University prides itself on its active and engaged student population. In the 2021-2022 academic year over 5,000 students engaged with the office. Over 800 unique students held a leadership position in a student organization and over 2,000 events were posted on RamConnect. At West Chester there is always a way to be engaged in campus life.
