The First Destination Survey captures information from graduating students regarding their primary status upon completing their journey at West Chester University (WCU). Survey design and information gathering follows the National Association of Colleges and Employers (NACE) First-Destination Survey model. Data is collected through a voluntary survey and a variety of additional sources (see Knowledge Rate section for details).
The collection year (first filter option on the dashboard) encompasses graduates from four terms: summer, fall, winter, spring. The information gathered reflects WCU graduates career endeavors within six months of the conclusion of spring term. Graduates are contacted directly for survey responses and knowledge rate searches are executed on those who do not provided information.
