Biography
Dr. Angela Kline joined the faculty at West Chester University in 2019. She is currently an Associate Professor in the Department of Public Policy and Administration and serves as the Director of the Master of Public Administration Program. Her research interests include nonprofit management and accountability, mentoring, online education, and social equity. Dr. Kline is enthusiastic about providing students with opportunities to conduct research and enhance their professional development skills.
She received her Ph.D. Urban Affairs and Public Policy from the Joseph R. Biden, Jr. School of Public Policy and Administration at the University of Delaware. Prior to joining WCU, Dr. Kline worked for several nonprofit organizations doing resource development and evaluation.
