Philosophy

One of my favorite quotes is, "Even if you're on the right track, you'll get run over if you just sit there." This quote applies to my personal philosophy that I must always continue to learn and grow physically, mentally, and socially. It also applies to my academic philosophy that we must meet students where they are to provide the best chance for success. It applies to my primary/research interest in providing a cradle-to-grave approach to adopt a physically literate culture.
