Online Payments

TouchNet is WCU’s online system for managing and paying tuition payments. Learn more about TouchNet and how to gain access.

  1. E-checks
    • No service fee is applied for e-check payments.
  2. Credit cards - Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover
    • A non-refundable convenience fee of 3.00% will be assessed by the vendor for all credit card payments.

In Person

  1. Cashiers are open Monday-Friday 8:00am -3:30pm (Wednesday 9:00am-3:30pm)
  2.  Cash
    • If paying more than $3,000, an IRS form will be provided and must be completed with payment.
  3. Check or Money Order payable to: WCU
  4. Please put the student's ID number on the memo line of the check or money order 

By Mail

  1. Do NOT mail cash payments
  2. Check or money order payable to:
    • WCU

      West Chester, PA 19383
    • Please put the student's ID number on the memo line of the check or money order 

 

Please Note:
  • Payments received after the due date are subject to a late payment fee.
  • If a payment is returned, a $25 returned payment fee will be applied to the student account. Students enrolled in a payment plan may have their plan terminated.
