Media Relations at WCU

Our media relations team is dedicated to telling your story. We welcome learning about extraordinary and unique faculty projects, programs, classes, events, research, students, alumni, staff, and the list goes on. As strategic planners, we are here to help determine how to articulate your message best and pitch reporters who may be interested in taking a story idea one step further. We are also interested in sharing the vast expertise of WCU faculty with reporters who are actively seeking to expand their print and electronic source lists.

In addition to telling reporters about WCU stories, we respond in a timely manner to requests from local, regional and national media. We understand the importance of deadlines and work to accommodate reporters' needs.
