BAIR, ERIKA
Senior Associate to the President

Erika Bair has been with West Chester University since 2019 and is currently the Senior Associate to the President, providing a high level of administrative and clerical support to the President and the Chief of Staff & Executive Deputy to the President. Coordinating with the Chief of Staff, she provides research and information for the President as required for problem solving and the decision-making process. She is the main point of contact for the Office of the President; handles the processing of financial obligations and budget oversight; assists in planning events; and plays a significant role in the coordination, implementation, design, and applicable training aspects for various special projects through co-collaboration with other departments across campus. She works closely with various internal and external constituents to support on and off campus events involving the President. Erika serves as the building administrator for Tanglewood. She is also the University’s SECA Campaign Coordinator, serves on several committees on campus that support the University’s Strategic Plan, and is heavily involved in the coordination and execution of WCU Commencement ceremonies in the Winter and Spring.

LEHMAN, ANDY
Chief of Staff and Executive Deputy to the President; Vice President for University Affairs

Andy Lehman provides advice and counsel to the President. He serves as the liaison between the Office of the President and the Pennsylvania State System Office. As Vice President for University Affairs, Mr. Lehman oversees WCU's departments/offices of Cultural Affairs and Conference Services, Publication Services, Public Relations and Marketing, Sustainability, and Venue Management.
