Next COT Meeting: November 11, 2025 (4:00 pm) - VIRTUAL 

The West Chester University Council of Trustees will meet on Tuesday, November 11, 2025 at 4:00 pm.  This meeting will be held via Zoom. Members of the public who wish to offer comment may do so during the designated public comment period and are limited to three minutes to allow time for the Council to conduct its business. Written comments may also be provided via email to Helen Hammerschmidt.  (As a convenience, public comment may also be provided via phone​, assuming no technology issues, or in person in Philips Autograph Library in Philips Memorial Building, 700 S. High Street, West Chester, PA. To request the phone option or join the meeting via Zoom, send an email to Helen Hammerschmidt, providing your name and the phone number from which you will be calling.  Only pre-registered attendees will be allowed into the meeting; such requests must be received no later than 24 hours before the meeting.)
