- CONFIRMED Requests: If cancellations need to be made, please reply to your confirmation email with CANCEL in the subject line.
- TENTATIVE Requests: The requester can cancel a request.
- While logged in, click on Go to Search, located on the upper right-hand corner).
- The “Select Object” will default to
- Under the “Saved Searches (optional)” drop down, select the “Pre-Defined Group” of Events You Have Requested.
- Click Search. A list of events will appear below your search.
- Click on the event you would like to cancel.
- Your event will open to the “Details” page.
- Next to Edit Event, at the upper right-hand side of the screen, there is a box that should say Tentative. Change Tentative to Cancelled.
- Once Cancelled is selected, an affirmation box will appear. Click on OK.The Event State will change to Cancelled and any space or resource assignments will be removed.
- To exit the event, click on Go to Search (to return to your Search Screen) or 25Live Pro (to return to your dashboard) – both located on the upper right-hand corner of the screen.
- If you are unable to cancel the event, contact the approver of the space. Please include the Event Name and Reference Number in all communications.
Canceling an event does not automatically cancel any supplemental requests for additional services. Requesters are required to follow up with individual departments to cancel all requests for additional services.
