New Professionals: Ideally your undergraduate journey involved some level of experiential learning. However, it does not have to stop now that you are finished your education. Post-graduate internships, freelance work, volunteering, and other methods show employers your drive to continue to grow.

Advanced Professionals: Continued learning and skill development is what keeps you prepared for your next career move. Look for ways to challenge yourself in your current role or grow outside of your present position.
