The Office of Educational Accessibility (OEA) serves students with physical and/or learning disabilities. Visit their office to learn how to receive academic accommodations.

The Learning Assistance and Resource Center (LARC) provides tutoring services for most general education courses and online tutoring services through Smarthinking for lower- and upper-level general education courses. Smarthinking can be assessed anytime via the University Resources tab within our learning management system, Desire2Learn (D2L). Navigating Digital Learning Icon

 

Navigating Digital Learning is an online student orientation that contains a collection of short modules to help students successfully utilize common learning technologies available at WCU. The orientation is available to all active students who have a university issued email. To get started, log into D2L and visit Navigating Digital Learning under the Orientation tab. 
 

 

Student HelpDesk Icon

 

The IS&T Help Desk serves as a central point of contact for hardware, software, and system (Office 365, myWCU, and D2L) support. Visit their website for hours of operation and contact information.

Out of state students should follow the SARA student complaint policy if a complaint is not first resolved internally through the university.
