PRIZE Dual Enrollment Course Request Form

Complete the Prize Dual Enrollment Course Request Form in consultation with your school counselor.

  1. Review the PRIZE Dual Enrollment Course Offerings for the upcoming academic year.
  2. Meet with your school counselor to select dual enrollment course requests that align with your interests and senior year high school schedule.
  3. Complete the PRIZE Dual Enrollment Course Request Form AFTER meeting with your school counselor.

WCU Non-Degree Application

After you have received approval for your course selections from PRIZE administrators, complete the WCU Non-Degree Application.

  1. Follow these step-by-step instructions to complete this form.
  2. You must have a copy of your high school transcript (official or unofficial) to submit with this form.

High School Dual Enrollment Form

After you have received approval for your course selections from PRIZE administrators, complete the High School Dual Enrollment Form.

  1. This form requires the signature of your school counselor; therefore, the form must be completed BEFORE your high school year ends. School counselors may not be available over the summer to sign your documents.
  2. You will complete this form in May for both the summer and fall semesters (two separate forms), and again in November for the spring semester.
  3. You should email your completed form(s) to ugradnondegree@wcupa.edu.

Register for the PRIZE Summer Teacher Academy (optional)

The PRIZE Summer Teacher Academy is held in June each year. During this one-week on-campus experience, rising high school seniors take a one credit educational technology course, live on campus, and eat meals in the dining hall. PRIZE Ambassadors (current WCU students) function as resident assistants and escort participants to and from class in the morning and activities in the afternoon. Participants are exposed to the joy and impact of teaching, become familiar with the WCU campus and school spirit, and better understand the demands of college.

Spots are assigned on a first come, first served basis. A spot is not guaranteed. If all spots are filled, you will be placed on a waitlist. 2026 Dates: Sunday, June 14th - Friday, June 19th. 2026 Application Deadline: Friday, May 15th.
