The Village/East Village Apartments
Qualifications & Permit Eligibility
The Village/East Village at WCU apartment residents are those students who live in the Village/East Village apartment complex and have accumulated 30 or more credits. This will include transfer students who had earned more than 30 credits at their previous institution and have transferred at least 27 credits to WCU.
Village/East Village apartment residents are eligible to purchase a permit for specified spaces in the parking areas inside the Village/East Village apartment complex. This is a "V" permit.
Parking Lots
The Village/East Village apartment residents with a "V" permit are permitted to park in the following parking lots:
- Q lot: South of Farrell Stadium on South New Street
- R lot: East of Farrell Stadium on Stadium Road
- S3 lot: South New Street next to the Serpico Stadium
- X and X1 lots: Carey Drive; adjacent to Village and East Village
