How to Schedule a SAVED Report To be delivered to your WCU Inbox daily/weekly/monthly
Login to Navigate360:
Open your browser and log into Navigate using your institution’s credentials.
Navigate to the Reporting Section:
From the dashboard, locate the Reporting tab in the main menu, typically found on
the left-hand side of the screen. It looks like an Excel sheet with a magnifying glass
. A new page will open showing Two tabs My Saved Reports and Standard Reports.
Locate the report you want to schedule in the My Saved Reports section.
Click on the three lines before your report name. Scroll down to the Configure Schedule.
Configure Scheduling Options:
A scheduling window will open, where you can set the following parameters:
Frequency: Choose how often you want the report to run (e.g., daily, weekly, monthly).
Start Date: Specify when the scheduled reporting should begin.
End Date: If applicable, select when the scheduling should stop, or leave it open-ended.
Delivery Time: Set the time of day you want the report to be generated and delivered.
Delivery Method:
Email: Your report will be delivered to your WCU Outlook Inbox
Finalize the Schedule:
After setting all parameters, click Schedule Report to save and activate the schedule.
Manage Scheduled Reports:
To view or modify scheduled reports, go to the Past Reports Column and click on the number of previous reports. A list of your previous reports will
appear which includes your report title, frequency, and filter options.
